Top up your credit

Open Billing in the console.

Steps

1. Choose an amount, or type another amount. The screen shows the smallest and the largest top-up.
2. Have a promotion code? Type it and choose Apply. The screen says what the code gives before you pay.
3. Tick the box that asks for the credit to be delivered at once. We need that to make the credit usable straight away; it is explained under Refunds and withdrawal.
4. Choose Continue to payment, fill in your card or choose iDEAL, and choose Pay now.
5. Your bank asks you to confirm the payment. The credit is available as soon as the payment is confirmed, and you get an e-mail.

Payment methods

• Card. Every card payment is confirmed with your bank through 3-D Secure. We never see or store your card number.
• iDEAL, for accounts in euros.
• We do not accept wallets such as Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Bonus on your first top-up

When the first top-up bonus runs, the Billing screen says so above the amount, with the percentage and the ceiling. The bonus is added when your payment arrives, as bonus credit with an end date. It is once per person: when the same person already had it on another account, the payment is credited without it.

Promotion codes

A code adds bonus credit to a top-up, or gives bonus credit by itself. A code and the first top-up bonus do not add up, unless the code says it does. When they do not, you get the larger of the two, and the screen tells you which one that is before you pay. Keep the code for a later top-up if the first top-up bonus is larger.
