Ways to sign in
Besides your password, you can sign in with the methods below. All of them are under Access & security, on the Sign-in & security tab of the console. Your password keeps working next to them.
Passkeys
A passkey lives on your phone, computer or security key. You confirm it with your fingerprint, your face or the PIN of the device.
- Choose Add a passkey.
- Give it a name you will recognise, for example the device it is on, fill in your current password and choose Add a passkey again.
- Confirm on your device when it asks.
On the sign-in page, choose Sign in with a passkey, then Use your passkey, and confirm on your device. A passkey counts as both steps of signing in at once, so we do not ask for a code from your authenticator app on top.
Remove a passkey of a device you no longer have: Remove next to it, then your current password. Your other ways of signing in keep working.
What we never ask
We never ask for your password, a code from your authenticator app or a passkey confirmation by e-mail or in a ticket.
